We have noticed of late that customers are reporting no Fastway rates.
Can you please turn the shipping debug on and see what information is provided.
It appears that Fastway are limiting the amount of API requests using certain API keys.
The error will read:
Fastway Decode response
[error] => You have exceeded you maximum daily API call limit. Please wait till 12am NZT for you counter to reset or contact your local Fastway office to have your limit increased.
[generated_in] => 0ms
If you feel that Fastway are hindering your store from providing Fastway rates or no rates are provided, please reach out to Fastway and ask them to increase the amount of requests your API key can perform.
