There is one requirement, the shipping calculation needs to be calculated on the checkout page and requires ajax to populate the required information to the Fastway API request.
For the API request it requires the city and the post code, in that order.
All of our testing is carried out on the standard Wordpress Themes and this requirement is met using the standard checkout page.
We have noticed that some themes have modified checkout pages and the city field is not captured and sent to the API request therefore no rate is returned.
If the checkout page where you will be installing the Fastway extension has different levels, l will call them, we cannot guarantee that Fastway will work directly out of the box. You may need to modify your Theme.
Most Shipping extensions just require the post code to calculate the shipping price Fastway requires both the City/Suburb & Postcode.
Please contact Extension Works before purchasing Fastway and we can take a look at the Theme you will be using to see if it will be compatible.
It has been tested on the following Themes and is compatible:

If your checkout process is similar to this one, l would suggest not to use Fastway.
