How do I ship my product in an envelope or letter?

To ship your products using the envelopes (LETTER MAIL) you will need to select:

• Some Letter Mail Services.

• Select the Envelopes you wish to use. ( If the shipping company has predefined envelopes, you will need to use these. )

• Containers/ Envelopes enabled with the letter mail option.

The next step is to enable your product to be shipped inside an envelope.

Go to the  admin area / product and tick : Send as Letter


The product weight and dimensions will need to comply with the Shipping requirements for shipping as an envelope/letter.

A, If one shipment has both options, the packing will be combined together and the parcel mail option will be used.

Q, Can l use more than one envelope in one shipment?

A, Yes, once a envelope reaches it's full capacity ( weight or dimensional weight, depending on the packing method you are using ) the packing will add another envelope.
