Debug information

How to receive debug information.

Enable debug mode in the admin area of your product.

Go to the front end of your website.

Select a product and add to the cart.

Requirement:

• Product must have weight and dimensions entered.
• Created some custom boxes or selected some predefined boxes.

Go to the Shopping Cart / Calculate Shipping and enter in the infomation to obtain a shipping cost. (Country, City, Zip Code / Post Code)

At the top of the cart page you will be able to view the debug information.

ExtensionWorks Support agents may ask for the product shipping debug information when trying to problem solve support ticket, you can copy and paste the debug information right onto the support ticket.
