Error: [E00039] - Duplicate record: You’ll see this error when the payment information that you’ve entered is exactly the same as an existing payment profile saved within CIM. You’ll need to login to your Authorize.net control panel, go to CIM, find the payment profile, and delete it in order to make this error go away.
Website Customers will need to do this:
Please log into your Website User account ( My Account) and delete the stored Credit Card information. This will allow you to process a new transaction.
