Fastway can only obtain rates on the Checkout page.
THE FASTWAY API REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING:
IN THIS ORDER:
The first requirement is the:
City / Suburb ( Customers are really required to enter the Suburb)
Example: Durban North, Wynberg, Vryburg
The second requirement is the:
Example: 4051, 2090, 8601
Use these combinations to test with:
Durban North 4051
Fastway uses the City / Suburb and the Post Code in that order to provide a shipping rate to your website.
When this information is entered on the checkout page, City and Post Code, a request is sent to the Fastway API to retrieve the relevant service rate for the city and postcode entered.
If you are having problems obtaining a rate on the check out page, TRY THE FOLLOWING:
1, Please remove any checkout page customisation, use the standard WooCommerce Checkout page. (Straight out of the box)
2, Activate a Standard Word Press Theme ( Twenty Eleven, Twenty Twelve) and see if the problem still exists.
