Let us start of by saying, there are thousands of documented WordPress / WooCommerce Plugin and Theme conflicts listed on the Internet.
If you do a Google search on "WooCommerce Plugin conflicts" there are pages and pages of documented conflicts.
There are a couple of really good articles l have come across that may help you in solving any conflicts you may be experiencing right now.
As mentioned in the link below, there are,

MY EXTENSION WORKS LICENCE KEY DEACTIVATES?
If you are experiencing any problems with your licence key deactivating, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will be happy to assist in any way we can to resolve any problems.
Please bear in mind, this is not a usual occurrence, and may be caused by other plugins/theme installed on the website.
All instances would need to be evaluated accordingly.
Some of the reasons this may occur:
1, Are you editing your website?
2, Are you editing any .php files on the website not related to our extension.
3, You may be adding new plugins.
4, You may be updating WordPress or other activated plugins.
5, Editing files via the WordPress Plugins editor will cause this.
After editing via the WordPress Plugin editor you will need to reactivate the Extension Works licence key.
6, There may be a conflict with another plugin.
If you find your Licence Key keeps deactivating please log a Support ticket providing as much information as possible.
Could you also attach any error logs you may have.
