GENERATING A LABEL

CONTRACT (COMMERCIAL) CANADA POST USERS.

There are two options for payment:

1, Account

Only Canada Post Commercial customers can use this option.

2, Credit Card

To use the Credit Card option you must have a Credit Card set up on your Canada Post account.

If you do not have a Credit Card set up, you will receive the following message.

Please ensure an active card is stored as the default. Contract shippers may use "account" as an alternate method of payment.

NON CONTRACT CANADA POST USERS:

One payment option only.

How do l add a Credit card?

Non-Contract shipment can only be paid via the Credit Card method.

 In order to successfully pay for this type of order you will require inputting your credit card information under your profile in the Canada Post website.


You will have to make sure that you make a credit card default for web service payment.


1. Go to http://www.canadapost.ca in the "Business" section.
2. Log to your profile by clicking on the sign-in link. Please make sure that you choose "Canada Post" for the option "Choose a site".
3. Once logged in click on "My Profile".
4. In your profile pick the TAB "Credit Card Details"
5. If no card are listed in the list click on "Add" from the "Additional Credit Cards" header.
6. Enter your credit card information and make sure the check the box "Make my default Credit Card".
7. Save your newly added information

Result: Now all Shipments created via the web service Non -Contract shipment will be charged to the credit card you just entered and set as default.
