Support has advised me to update my plugin, how do l do this?

The best way to Update is on the Update page in WordPress. Not on the plugins page.

The function to Update from the WordPress plugins page is not always successful, this is a WordPress functionality, not associated with our plugin.

Go to your website admin area / Dashboard / Updates

EXTENSIONWORKS FRAMEWORK PLUGIN

The Extension Works Framework does not need to be activated to receive Updates

ALL OTHER PLUGINS

You will need to have your Extension Works Licence Key activated for your plugin.

YOU CAN SEE FROM THE CHANGELOG AN UPDATE IS AVAILABLE, ALTHOUGH I CANNOT SEE THE UPDATE AVAILABLE IN WORDPRESS

FOLLOW THESE STEPS

If you are asked to Update your plugin go to your website admin area, go to:

Dashboard / Updates and click the button "Check Again".

You may need to click the "Check Again" a couple of times.

If Extension Works have just updated a plugin/ plugin's, you will see the plugin/ plugin's, here with an update available.


Select the plugin you wish to update and click the button 'UPDATE PLUGINS'

You can also download the latest version of the product via your Extension Works account.  If the download access is not available please contact Extension Works and we will check your account download permission.
