Once a Canada Post Label has been generated, a tracking code will also be available in the customers order. ( In this example we have used a USPS tracking code, the Canada Post tracking code works the same way. )
Go to the Customer Order and you will find the tracking code under the Canada Post Shipping Label Information.
You will need to copy the Tracking Number and add it into the customer Notes. Click ADD
Now you need to re-send the customer invoice.
Your Customer will receive the tracking code via email.
