2-Party option not available.

Back in June 2017, Suncorp reached out to ExtensionWorks to advise us that they will no longer be offering 2-Party payment gateway processing for their merchant accounts.

2-party option, Merchant Hosted, Requires a SSL certificate.

Merchant hosted is where the merchant provides an SSL secure page on their website for purchasers to enter credit card details and order details.
The merchant’s system then sends one encrypted message to Suncorp Bank, which processes the transaction and provides an approved/declined response.
The merchant’s system then displays a response to the purchaser.

3-party option, Bank Hosted

Bank Hosted is where the website customer is directed over to the banks secure payment page to enter their Credit Card information, once the transaction is complete, the customer will be directed back to your website.

Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Suncorp has disabled the 2-Party option on 'some' Suncorp merchant accounts.

In saying this though we have noticed that a few Suncorp customers can still use the 2-Party option.
