Most times you can activate the purchased plugin without any problems, some server environments will produce a fatal error.

EXAMPLE: You purchased the WooCommerce ANZ eGate payment gateway, you receive a download link to install and activate the product in WordPress, once activated you are prompted to install the ExtensionWorks Framework.

You may not be able to get to this point of installing the ExtensionWorks Framework because you have received the Fatal error: Class 'EW_Payer' not found in {your website path]

If this occurs, please reach out to ExtensionWorks and we can send you the ExtensionWorks Framework to install and activate first before activating the WooCommerce payment gateway (whichever payment gateway plugin you purchased).
