I am experiencing difficulty activating my ExtensionWorks Licence key.

The ExtensionWorks licence key may be affected by caching on your website.

If you are experiencing any problems trying to activate the licence key please try the following.

Scenario 1

I am trying to activate a brand new ExtensionWorks licence key and l am receiving.

Invalid Request
The email provided is invalid.

All subsequent tries to activate the licence key will produce the same result, as this will become cached.

Please remove any caching on the website and the browser.

If you can use a different browser this would also help.

Scenario 2

[Reference Subscription: You may have renewed your subscription earlier than the actual renewal date]

I am trying to activate a renewal licence key, when l try and deactivate an already activated licence key which may have one active day remaining, the activation will go back to activated and l cannot remove the previously activated licence key or you receive the following message.

Invalid Request
The email provided is invalid.

This notification will become cached if the licence key activation is repeated several times.

Please try the following:

Can you please try this, deactivate the plugin entirely under 'Plugins' in Wordpress. Then reactivate the plugin.

This will remove any URL attached to the licence key activation.

Now try activating the licence key again.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE EXTENSION WORKS LICENCE KEY
Go to the website where you need to activate the licence key. This is your business website not the ExtensionWorks website.
Log into the website, you are now logged into the admin area.
Go to Dashboard > ExtensionWorks Licences and copy and paste the licence key for the applicable product.
Click 'ACTIVATE PRODUCTS'
